Job Summary
Daytime Security Guard at Hawaiian Waters – The Colony (Seasonal). Responsibilities include inspecting bags and coolers for prohibited items prior to entry, monitoring the parking lot and entrances/exits, patrolling the property, engaging guests to provide information and resolve concerns, assisting with locating lost parties and supporting special events, ensuring compliance with facility policies, and maintaining accurate records. Must be 18+, flexible schedule, strong communication, physical ability to perform tasks, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a safety-sensitive environment due to DOT regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 25 lbs., or more, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain confidential information
