Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery, merchandising procedures, and shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Flexible scheduling is essential to support business needs. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Located at Sierra Store 0092 in Burnsville, MN.
