Job Summary
Daytime Restaurant Manager for Fýri Resort in Hemsedal leads breakfast, lunch, and conference service, coaching a hospitality team to deliver warm guest experiences and high NPS. The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, strong scheduling and cross-department communication, adherence to SOPs and service standards, and the ability to recruit, onboard, and develop staff. A natural, solution-oriented leader with at least 3 years in hospitality management, fluent English, and an advantage for Scandinavian language skills, will drive forecasts, staffing, and KPIs to ensure strong financial performance across daytime operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a hospitality management role
- Experience leading, motivating, coaching a dynamic team
- Strong English skills (Scandinavian language proficiency is a strong advantage)
- Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop team members
- Proven ability to manage daily operations, scheduling, and cross-department communication
- Knowledge of service standards, SOPs, and maintaining brand atmosphere
- Comfort with forecasting, staffing, and KPIs to support financial performance
- Hands-on, present leadership on the floor during service
