Daytime Reset Merchandiser

Job Summary
Reset shelves and merchandise sections to approved planograms by moving, re-stocking, and rearranging products daily. Execute category and aisle set plans independently while collaborating with colleagues, Kroger, and National Food Brokers. Operate store equipment safely, communicate merchandising opportunities to supervisors, and provide customer assistance. Maintain a high level of teamwork and adaptability when working with minimal supervision. This role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Shifts run Monday through Friday from 5am to 2pm, with up to 50% overnight travel possible. P.L. Marketing supports Kroger's consumer product sales and is an employee-owned organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Communicate (read, write and speak) fluent English
- Read, understand and implement plan-o-grams
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Computer/internet access with knowledge of email and web-based applications
- Adapt to advancing technology and computer solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Qualify as an insurable driver with excellent driving record
- A smartphone with internet/data access
- Must be able to operate motor vehicle unassisted
- Must be able to remain standing and/or walking unassisted for several hours at a time
- Must be able to lift, push or pull 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis and occasionally up to 70 lbs. continuously
- Must be able to reach up and bend down, reach in all directions, and have unlimited upper body mobility
- Must be able to lift and extend 30 lbs. above the head, sometimes repeatedly
- Must have unlimited manual dexterity
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures (0-90 degrees)
- Must be available for shift Monday through Friday from 5am to 2pm
