Job Summary
Daytime Reset Merchandiser responsible for resetting and merchandise shelves as part of a team, executing planograms per Kroger merchandising standards, moving/re-stocking/rearranging products, and coordinating with Kroger, National Food Brokers, and P.L. Marketing. Shift is Monday–Friday 5am–2pm; may require up to 50% overnight travel; may supervise temporary/part-time workers; emphasizes safety, teamwork, and merchandising excellence. Requires English fluency, insurable driving, smartphone app usage, and basic computer skills; experience with planograms and retail merchandising preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Communicate (read, write and speak) fluent English
- Read, understand and implement plan-o-grams
- Qualify as an insurable driver with excellent driving record
- Smartphone with internet/data access required; app permissions such as location, camera, and photo gallery access may be needed
- This position may require installation and utilization of an app on your smartphone to complete requirements
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle unassisted; stand/walk for several hours; lift/push/pull 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight
- Retail grocery store merchandising experience preferred
- Strong merchandising skills and ability to read planograms
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication with team and supervisors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to adapt to technology and new computer solutions
- Qualified as an insurable driver with a clean driving record
