Job Summary
Cashier role handling guest orders and serving food/beverages in a fast-paced restaurant. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and recording orders, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, following safety and sanitation procedures, and assisting with food preparation as needed. Operates kitchen equipment (ice cream dispensers, fryers, warmers, etc.), adheres to uniform policy, and communicates with supervisors for additional training. Emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and cost controls while participating in the DHC Training Program and maintaining positive guest interactions. Requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be at least 16 years old; strong time management and people/guest service skills; ability to stand for long periods and lift 50-75 lbs; capable of working around heat and in close quarters.
