Job Summary
Greet guests with pleasantness, provide accurate wait time estimates during busy periods, and direct them to seating locations. Answer phones and schedule reservations while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of menu items, hours of operation, and upcoming events. Serve as the restaurant's ambassador by ensuring top-notch hospitality and managing the initial impression for all visitors. This role requires excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure, flexible scheduling including weekend and evening shifts, and strong communication skills. A team player with the ability to lead others is essential. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
