Job Summary
Process neighbors' purchases with accuracy and efficiency while stocking shelves, unloading delivery trucks, and carrying heavy items like kibble and aquariums to customers' cars. Provide exceptional neighborly service by helping select toys and harnesses, reviewing food labels, and answering questions on animal care. Feed and clean pets in the store, including cleaning habitats and handling animals, while offering Preferred Pet Club membership information. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a physically demanding role requiring heavy lifting and standing for long periods. Candidates must be 16 or older, pass background screening, and demonstrate flexibility and knowledge of animals and products.
