Job Summary
Support Front-of-House areas including Cashier, Dining Room Hospitality, and Drive-Thru Operations by delivering correct portions, maintaining FIFO inventory, and ensuring top-level food presentation. Interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service while appropriately handling customer issues and recovery. Execute Second Mile Service, Operational Excellence, and Creating Emotional Connections tenets to protect the customer experience. Maintain appearance compliance, demonstrate good stewardship, and proactively pursue training and cross-training opportunities. Available for a minimum of 16 hours per week including Saturdays, with Drive-Thru roles requiring outdoor work in all four seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week, including Saturdays.
- Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
- Applicants will be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
- Drive-Thru Team Members will be expected to work outdoors in Drive-Thru positions during all 4 seasons.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.
