Job Summary
Maintain the Lancaster High School facility during the 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday shift by performing general cleaning duties and organizing work efficiently. Prioritize areas requiring attention while adhering to school safety standards. Candidates must pass required Custodial and Job Fit tests and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a substitute custodian with the Lancaster City Schools is preferred. This position supports the school's operational readiness for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate or possess an equivalent
- Prior work experience as a custodian preferably as a substitute custodian with the Lancaster City Schools
- Have the ability to organize work effectively and efficiently
- Pass required Custodial and Job Fit tests
