Job Summary
Cook in Chick-fil-A's Back of House team responsible for breading chicken according to Chick-fil-A recipes, ensuring food safety, quality, and cleanliness. Duties include monitoring temperature and freshness, maintaining a sanitary work area, coordinating with the kitchen team to sustain workflow and product levels, managing inventory and rotation, and assisting with receiving and storage. Must follow detailed procedures, work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs; requires 18+ and the ability to stand 8–10 hours per shift.
