Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. Initiate store recovery as needed, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness throughout the day. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. This role requires excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with a starting pay range of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour. Flexible scheduling is required to support business needs.

- Capable of multi-tasking
