Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy mobile and web applications aligned with business requirements while building and refining MVPs for three active projects. Integrate applications with existing systems using APIs and webhooks, collaborating with AI developers to enhance capabilities within SimPro CRM and PlanSwift. Provide ongoing technical support, debug issues quickly, and document development processes for handover. Work closely with Lindsay and the technical VA to gather requirements and participate in regular update meetings. Maintain clear communication channels via WhatsApp and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in mobile and/or web application development (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or similar)
- Strong backend knowledge (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar)
- Experience with API development and integrations
- Familiarity with automation tools and webhooks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
- Full-time role aligned with 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Perth time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SimPro CRM, PlanSwift, or similar construction/engineering tools
- Knowledge of AI integration in business applications
- Understanding of civil engineering or construction workflows
