Job Summary
Conduct full construction estimating processes using CostX software, including inputting plans, completing takeoffs for materials and labor, and preparing tenders for clients. Manage contract administration by reviewing documents, tracking timelines, and handling change orders while ensuring regulatory compliance. Liaise with tradespeople and internal teams to coordinate project execution and provide administrative support such as data entry and reporting. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and offers a permanent dayshift remote position with competitive salary and quarterly team incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 6mos to 1 year experience in construction estimating in Australia
- Basic knowledge of contract administration within a construction environment
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and managing project documentation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
