Dayshift Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise all shipping, receiving, and picking activities performed by the warehouse crew while maintaining high visibility on the floor. Establish department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy by reviewing and prioritizing orders. Forecast crewing needs to meet peak demands and resolve personnel issues including vacation approvals, time cards, and hiring. Coordinate with the warehouse manager on overtime, training, and policy implementation. Lead by example by loading trucks or performing duties as necessary. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed during pick and pack operations. Requires minimum two years of Wholesales Food Industry Warehouse management experience, forklift proficiency, and Chinese language skills.
