Job Summary
Dayshift Team Member provides exceptional guest service, takes orders, processes payments, prepares and packages food and drinks, and maintains restaurant cleanliness. Works under the direction of managers and shift coordinators, interacts with guests and the operations team, greets guests, and supports inventory tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety standards, unloading and stocking inventory items, and adhering to uniform and grooming policies. The role requires comfort working in a fast-paced environment, positive communication with guests and coworkers, willingness to learn all restaurant operations across multiple stations, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
