Job Summary
Dayshift CNA/STNA position at The Enclave at Cambridge in Cambridge, OH. Full-time role with 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and every other weekend requirement. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding), mobility and repositioning, monitoring and reporting resident condition to the on-duty nurse, accurate care documentation, routine vital signs checks, assisting with nightly routines and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Adhere to infection control and facility safety protocols; respond to resident call lights. Requires active Ohio STNA certification (or CNA with ability to obtain Ohio STNA) and good standing on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry. Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred; training provided. Must lift up to 50 lbs and work full-time night shift hours; strong communication and teamwork skills, compassionate and resident-focused attitude. Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio STNA certification required (or current CNA certification with ability to obtain Ohio STNA)
- Must be in good standing on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but will train the right candidate
- Ability to work full-time night shift hours (7 AM – 7 PM) including every other weekend
