Dayshift Paint Prep Worker

Remove parts from the unit for the paint process, cover unpainted areas with tape, paper, and plastic, apply blue stain to fiberglass, and sand or scuff all painted sections. Perform bodywork repairs as needed, then blow off and wash the unit using correct chemicals. This dayshift role at Forest River, Inc. requires a fast-paced mindset and ability to learn quickly, with training provided from scratch. Familiarity with screw guns, DA sanders, and hand blocks is helpful, though industry experience is not mandatory.
