Job Summary
Open and lead the restaurant Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, managing all scratch-made menu items and ensuring exceptional guest service. Handle operations with high standards of execution, maintaining a hands-on leadership style while acting as a guest advocate. Taste and handle all menu items, ensuring the delivery of fantastic food, value, and professional customer service. This full-time daytime role requires an experienced restaurant leader with drive-thru experience, capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 50 lbs. Candidates must possess solid communication skills, an upbeat personality, and a professional appearance.
