Job Summary
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children while implementing age-appropriate lesson plans. Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe learning space and support children's individual learning needs to encourage social and emotional growth. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Join an on-site school leadership team invested in your growth within a joyful childcare environment utilizing a digital learning platform.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience required.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or CDA in Infant and Toddler Development preferred.
