Job Summary
Manage and support classrooms for children ages 0-5, fostering a love of learning through child-centered activities including social-emotional development, STEAM, and nature-based experiences. Maintain regular communication with families, ensure the well-being of students, and uphold EEC regulations and company policies. Daily duties include ensuring classroom needs are met, conducting engaging activities, and supporting career growth opportunities within Heartworks Early Education’s Winchester location; must pass background checks and meet state requirements. The role is on-site at the Winchester, MA school with an emphasis on teamwork, growth, and a positive learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass required state and company background checks
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes
- EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review (for roles requiring EEC Certification)
