Job Summary
Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, tailoring instruction to each child's unique needs. Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and develop. Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions. This role requires a High School Diploma/GED, six months of childcare experience preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification.
