Job Summary
Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow while implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum across infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers. Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and communicate regularly with families about children’s activities and progress through apps and personal discussions. Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement, and build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic, play-and-learn environment. Demonstrate a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning, aligning with center goals and practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
