Daycare Teacher

Provide direct care and supervision to a group of children in a daycare setting; observe and assess children's progress and behavior to identify individual needs and areas for improvement; open and close the facility; supervise Assistant Teachers to ensure compliance with activities, hygiene, and safety standards; collaborate with the Assistant Teachers to develop lesson plans that support the approved curriculum; collaborate with the Director on enrollment and registration; participate in parent-teacher conferences; maintain records of attendance, development, and incidents; follow safety protocols, health guidelines, and emergency procedures; promote a clean, safe, and supportive learning environment; use a variety of devices and equipment and communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
