Job Summary
Lead and mentor co-teachers in your classroom by modeling behaviors, providing feedback, and managing a safe, nurturing learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® while communicating regularly with parents about children's achievements via mobile apps and personal discussions. Build relationships with families and center staff to support enrollment and engagement goals. Requires 1+ years of professional teaching experience, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification. Paid time off, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement are included.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional teaching experience preferred
- CDA, Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
