Job Summary
Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, tailoring instruction to each child's unique needs. Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and develop. Communicate regularly with parents via mobile apps and personal discussions to share children's achievements and address care needs. This role supports our mission to make a difference in the lives of children, families, and communities through a growth mindset approach.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required.
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of childcare/daycare experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
