Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor co-teachers in a classroom setting; manage a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children; implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®; model growth-minded behaviors to inspire a love of learning; communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via mobile apps and discussions; collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and engagement goals; build strong relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic, play- and learning-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- CDA or Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related degree
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- 1+ years of professional teaching experience preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
