Job Summary
Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of children at all times while maintaining classroom ratios and supervision standards. Support a positive, nurturing classroom environment by planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, including storytime, centers, music, and play-based learning. Encourage children to follow rules and routines while monitoring their emotional, social, and developmental progress. Communicate professionally with parents and leadership to uphold Magic Memories policies and core values. Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends; minimum two years of Early Childhood Education experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education (infant, toddler, or preschool age)
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- High School Diploma
