Job Summary
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support learning through play while fostering a warm, nurturing, and responsive classroom environment. Maintain daily routines including meals, diapering, naps, and transitions, and build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Observe and document children's developmental progress, ensuring the classroom remains clean, organized, and compliant with licensing standards. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in an early childhood classroom
- Several years of hands-on experience working with children 12–18 months of age
- Strong understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate learning activities
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to create a safe, engaging, and loving learning environment
- Dependable, professional, and a positive team player
- Must meet all state licensing requirements (or be willing to obtain them)
