Job Summary
As a Lead Teacher, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool learning environment, implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum with engaging characters, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues. You will regularly communicate with parents about their children's progress via mobile apps and discussions, support children's academic and emotional growth, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. Required Qualifications
- One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
