Job Summary
Lead Teacher role responsible for leading a classroom, developing fun, interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow teachers, overseeing classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards are followed. Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success. Must be energetic, dependable, and at least 18, with experience leading a classroom, creating lesson plans, and meeting state childcare requirements.
