Job Summary
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class. Take the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and licensing guidelines. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. Lead Teacher compensation ranges from $17.01 to $17.67 with bi-weekly or daily pay options. Full-time employees receive comprehensive health insurance, education assistance, and 401K matching; part-time workers have limited medical coverage. Monday through Friday schedule required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- At least 18
