Job Summary
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children through classroom management and curriculum implementation. Take the lead on all licensing guidelines and company standards. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. Work Monday through Friday indoors or outdoors engaging in physical activity with children. Compensation ranges from $17.36 to $18.03 bi-weekly or daily, with full-time health insurance, education assistance, and 401K matching available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Be at least 18
