Job Summary
Lead infant and toddler classroom instruction by following licensing guidelines, observing and assessing children, and implementing the proprietary curriculum through interactive learning experiences. Communicate effectively with families while creating fun, outdoor, and indoor activities that support early childhood development. Complete extensive training on child care and preschool topics, and ensure all mandated background checks, immunizations, and safety certifications are maintained. Work Monday through Friday with bi-weekly or daily pay options ranging from $21.51 to $23.91.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units
- The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- At least 18
