Job Summary
Lead the daily care of infants and toddlers by following licensing guidelines and implementing a proprietary curriculum to create interactive learning experiences. Observe and assess children to develop educational lesson plans while communicating effectively with families. Maintain classroom safety by ensuring compliance with state requirements for background checks, immunizations, and CPR/First Aid training. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. Requires at least six months of classroom leadership experience and 12 Early Childhood Education units. Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units

- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- At least 18
