Job Summary
Lead infant and toddler classroom care by following licensing guidelines and company standards while implementing the proprietary curriculum to create interactive learning experiences. Observe, assess, and plan for children's development, then communicate effectively with families. Complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics while maintaining accurate records. Engage in physical activity indoors or outdoors to ensure daily care of every child. Monday through Friday schedule with bi-weekly and daily pay options. Lead Teacher compensation ranges from $20.61 to $21.41. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, and FSA insurance; part-time workers receive limited medical. Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units
- The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- At least 18
