Required Qualifications
- Must meet minimum requirement for the Bureau of Child Care Licensing (e.g., Degree, CDA, NAC, etc.)
- Professionalism, emotional maturity, and sound judgment
- Ability to supervise, support, coach, and guide with an atmosphere of empathy and accountability for staff and children
