Daycare Cook/ Food Specialist

Create home-style, nutritional meal plans within school menu and budget boundaries while adhering to state and federal regulations. Prepare and distribute meals and snacks for children and staff, following the daily menu provided by the Director and incorporating USDA, licensing, and health department requirements. Maintain inventory of food and supplies, ordering as needed, and assist in classrooms as an Assistant Teacher or Floater when required. This role adapts to menu changes and meal schedules for enrolled children. Flexibility regarding hours and schedule is essential.
