Lead classroom instruction and manage curriculum implementation for preschool children, with daily care comprising at least 50% of the weekly schedule. Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth while handling classroom management and implementing all licensing guidelines and company standards. Mentor new hires and fellow teachers, assist with Director duties including opening and closing the school, and build relationships with families to support center success.
