Job Summary
Team Lead at a licensed daycare center responsible for promoting children's growth across social, physical, and intellectual domains; leading classroom management and curriculum implementation (classroom instruction at least 50% of weekly schedule); communicating with families to support child achievement and center success; mentoring newly hired staff and fellow teachers; stepping into Director or Assistant Director duties in their absence; ensuring daily care adheres to licensing guidelines and company standards; requires at least 18 years old and experience in licensed childcare; preferred CDA or college credits toward ECE/Child Development; full-time position with compensation $15.06-$15.65 per hour, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
