Job Summary
Daycare Center Teacher responsible for caring for children, following licensing and center standards, observing and assessing children, planning activities, and communicating with families. Will implement our proprietary curriculum and create engaging, learning-focused experiences in both indoor and outdoor settings. Position requires being energetic, dependable, and passionate, with a commitment to helping children grow as lifelong learners. Compensation aligns with position, education, and experience; includes bi-weekly and daily pay options, limited medical for part-time, and education assistance including tuition reimbursement and a 401K with company match. Location: Santa Ana, CA; schedule Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field
- Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
