Job Summary
Conduct daily care for children by following licensing guidelines and company standards while implementing a proprietary curriculum with fun, interactive learning experiences. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for child development, then communicate effectively with families. Complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics. Engage in physical activity indoors or outdoors. Work Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $18.28 to $18.99 bi-weekly or daily, with benefits including limited medical for part-time staff, tuition reimbursement, 401K match, and a child care discount.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- At least 18
