Job Summary
Caring for children in your classroom by following licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care. Develop observation and assessment skills to plan learning experiences while implementing our proprietary curriculum and creating interactive activities. Communicate effectively with families and complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics. Engage in physical activity indoors and outdoors while maintaining an energetic and dependable presence. Monday through Friday work week available. Compensation ranges from $18.28 to $18.99 bi-weekly or daily, with limited medical for part-time roles. Education assistance, tuition reimbursement, and certification support are provided alongside 401K matching and insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- At least 18
