Job Summary
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class. Take the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and support the center's success. Lead Teacher positions at La Petite Academy offer bi-weekly or daily pay ranging from $14.08 to $14.62, plus health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K match. Full-time staff work Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards
