Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus ensure adherence to all licensing guidelines and company standards. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. This role requires experience leading classrooms and developing lesson plans, with state education requirements and the ability to engage in physical activity indoors or outdoors. Full-time staff earn $17.53–$18.21 bi-weekly or daily, with comprehensive health benefits and tuition reimbursement. Monday through Friday schedule.
