Job Summary
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children through classroom management and curriculum implementation. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. Ensure compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards. Work Monday through Friday indoors or outdoors engaging in physical activity with children. Earn $21.51–$22.35 bi-weekly or daily with access to health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- At least 18
