Job Summary
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children through classroom management and curriculum implementation. Take the lead on all licensing guidelines and company standards. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. Monday through Friday schedule with bi-weekly and daily pay options. Lead Teacher compensation ranges from $16.56 to $17.20. Full-time employees receive comprehensive health insurance, education assistance, and 401K matching; part-time workers have limited medical coverage. Candidates must be at least 18 with experience leading classrooms and meeting state education requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards
