Job Summary
Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while mentoring fellow teachers and developing interactive learning experiences. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, ensuring adherence to all licensing guidelines and company standards. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. Requires experience leading classrooms, creating lesson plans, and meeting state education requirements. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule offers bi-weekly or daily pay between $17.53 and $18.21, plus health insurance, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Be at least 18
