Job Summary
Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher at a licensed daycare, responsible for following licensing guidelines and company standards, observing and assessing children, planning for developmental progress, and communicating with families. Implement proprietary curriculum and create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences. Requires 6 months of leading an early childhood classroom, 12 ECE units, ability to meet background/immunization/CPR/First Aid, mandated reporter training, and the ability to work in indoor/outdoor settings. Compensation includes bi-weekly and daily pay options, health/dental/vision insurance, education assistance, 401K with company match, and childcare discount. Schedule Monday through Friday. Location: Santa Ana, CA.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units
- Ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
