Job Summary
Lead as Daycare Center Director at The Learning Experience, overseeing a preschool/early education center with a focus on safe, compliant operations and a strong learning environment. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to health and safety SOPs and local/state licensing requirements, building and coaching a qualified staff, guiding teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum, driving enrollment and family engagement, managing financials (accounts payable/receivable, monthly P&L), and coordinating community marketing events and tours for prospective families. Requires a state-approved administrative/leadership credential or a relevant degree, plus 3+ years of ECE teaching experience and 1+ year in leadership, with background check and health/safety training completed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, or another degree in early childhood education
- at least three years of experience teaching in early childhood education
- one year in a leadership role
- pass a comprehensive criminal background check
- complete required health and safety training
- facility must pass state licensing inspections
- minimum 12 ECE credits
